The Chases Bradley Walsh runs off set as Shaun Wallace makes huge blunder

The Chase star Bradley Walsh ran off the set in hysterics after Shaun Wallace made a huge blunder.

The presenter, 63, welcomed four new hopefuls into the studio; Armin, Sally, Karen and Ryan, who hoped to leave with some cash. The final contestant to take on the Dark Destroyer was Ryan, who went into the head-to-head with no money after failing to answer a question correctly in the cash builder.

The 24-year-old was asked: "What animal was reportedly used to lay cables around Buckingham Palace for the broadcast of Charles and Diana’s wedding?” He was presented with the answers, mole, a ferret and badger.

Ryan chose ferret and Bradley was quick to mock him for the answer. Can you imagine a mole taking the cables through?" he laughed.

"It’s not that, it’s seeing him come through the hole like ‘Where do you want this lads? Anyone got my gloves? Right Baz, put that down… ma’am’. The former Coronation Street actor continued: "Do you know how big a cable is?" "They used to use ferrets to do that," argued Ryan.

Bradley said: "Yes, but you know what, they would’ve attached a string for what’s called a pull-through. You can’t attach – look at that! You can’t attach that to a ferret, by the time the ferret’s gone four feet he would be like [gasping for breath]."

The correct answer was confirmed as a ferret, but the real fun started when Shaun's answer was revealed. When mole flashed up, Bradley completely lost his composure and ran off the set in hysterics.

He reminded the chaser that the answer couldn't be moles as they are partially blind. Bradley couldn't stop laughing as Ryan's teammate Karen could be seen wiping away her tears.
