The Voice UK fans ‘work out’ axed Olly Murs’ replacement on ITV talent show

The Voice: Olly Murs puts his fingers in his ears

The Voice fans have been speculating online about who could replace axed judge Olly Murs.

One astute viewer noticed that two other big talent shows have been cancelled and pondered if the judges from those may just move across.

Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter a user with the handle @superTV247 mused: “Now that The Voice Kids and Starstruck have been cancelled I wonder if ITV’s plan is to bring over talent from those shows – Danny Jones or Adam Lambert perhaps? or Shania Twain ideally.”

@greenflagwaved was excited about one of those options commenting: “Danny jones would be a great shout.” (sic)

Shania Twain and Adam Lambert were both judges on ITV’s Starstruck before it was cancelled.

Meanwhile, Shania is currently on tour and will begin her third Las Vegas residency in May next year.

Danny Jones, from McFly was a judge on The Voice Kids and also has a busy touring schedule until the end of the year. Although, it is unknown what the band’s plans are for next year.

The 39-year-old admitted he was “gutted” to not be going back to the show after being a judge since 2018.
