The tortured body of Columbian actor Kevin Muñoz was found in the city of Tulua with several machete wounds.
According to local media, his body had been bludgeoned in the moments before his death in what they suspect was an armed robbery.
The 23-year-old, who starred in Netflix’s Lavaperros, was also discovered with his hand and feet tied together.
A 19-year-old, who has not been named, has been arrested as a suspect in the murder, according to cops.

“The capture of a 19-year-old man was achieved, who had allegedly participated in the homicide of Kevin Andres Munoz Tovar, a renowned actor from a Colombian film.
“The subjects who caused the injuries then fled the scene, but thanks to information from the community, one of them was captured.”
In 2020. Kevin portrayed Yoiner in Netflix’s Lavaperros (Dogwashers), directed by Carlos Moreno, a black comedy about a failing drug kingpin.
He also played a small role in the Apple TV+ thriller, Echo 3 which stars Luke Evans, Jessie Collins, and Michiel Huisman.

The motive for the murder remains unknown and the investigation is ongoing.
