The star detailed how he thought he wasn't going to live through the incident.

"One of them said if I don't get out the car they were going to kill me.

"It was honestly so terrifying, I was trapped and couldn't move. I couldn't even find my phone to call the police."

Josh later reveals he had a stroke of good luck as other motorists started to travel in the same direction and the thugs simply left.

But his car didn't get off undamaged from the incident as he revealed they "smashed my wing mirror off in anger" as they left.

"I think their plan was to get me out of the car, steal it and then drive off.

"I can't believe we live in a world where people think they have the right to treat another human like that".

As he says he reported the incident to the police he wrote: "My anxiety has been through the roof since and I had a panic attack earlier when trying to leave the house".

He added: "Physically I am fine but it's been pretty rough emotionally/mentally. I'm praying these people are caught".
