SINGER Aston Merrygold terrified fans when he launched into a backflip on stage but slipped just before take off – crash landing onto his back.
A clip has circulated on Instagram and TikTok that shows Aston, 35, missing his mark and falling.
He springs back up and looks at his bandmates but like the pros that they are, they all carry on as if nothing happened.
The excruciating moment happened as the star performed onstage with JLS – with fans desperate to know if he survived unscathed.
One person replied to the video: "Fair play for carrying on though, I’d need a St John’s ambulance."
Another remarked: "I was there and honestly how he got up and carried on was Amazing. I’d still be laid out on the floor now."
