AFTER 14 years on the ITV airwaves, Holly Willoughby has quit This Morning.
The mum-of-three decided to leave her role on the long-running ITV show after it was revealed she was the victim of an alleged foiled kidnap plot.
However, the search has already begun to find Holly Willoughby's permanent replacement on the flagship award-winning daytime show.

Holly herself lavished her co-star with gushing praise at the National Television Awards as she told The Sun: "Anybody that gets to be in the presence of Alison Hammond is lucky.
"You're just lucky because she's just joy personified."

Another former Big Brother housemate Josie Gibson has also become a staple of the This Morning 'family' after she first joined the programme in 2019.

She was part of the very first This Morning pairing, and it seems that Judy Finnigan could be in the running to make a full time return.
Judy and hubby Richard Madeley went live from Liverpool's Albert Dock as they launched the show on October 3, 1988 and stayed on as the programme moved to the London Studios in 1996.
In the summer of 2001, the couple left to present their own show on Channel 4 before making several returns to the flagship morning show as guests.

Of course they are best known as the first ever hosts of The Great British Bake off on BBC Two (later on BBC One) and only departed the show when it moved to Channel 4 in 2017.
