Andrew Tate and brother Tristan 'plotted to get women to pretend to cops they LOVED them in desperate freedom bid' | The Sun

ANDREW Tate and his brother allegedly plotted to convince women to tell prosecutors they loved them and were not victims in a bid to be freed from custody.

The pair have been held behind bars in Romania for almost two months as part of a probe into human trafficking and rape allegations.

They are accused of recruiting women on social media platforms and persuading them to travel to their £600,000 villa on the outskirts of the country's capital.

The brothers would allegedly falsely claim to be in love with the young women, before making them perform sexual acts on webcams.

Women were forced to film porn videos in the compound and were kept under 24/7 house arrest, according to Romanian investigators.

Tate and his brother Tristan were detained on December 29 and the former kickboxing has repeatedly whinged about being held in a cell.

It has been claimed the pair wanted to convince several women to visit the hellhole jail they are locked up in and protest their innocence.

The brothers wanted the women to put on an act in front of officials to show they were not victims and the pair had been wronged.

Court of Appeal judges found out about the alleged plot through interceptions made and used it as a reason to extend their stay in custody by at least another 30 days this week.

According to Digi24, a judge cited interceptions from the file that said: "Let's pretend we're in pain, let's tell the judicial authorities that we love the boys and we've been misled and we don't like this situation.

Judges also reportedly blocked their latest freedom bid believing they would have fled to Dubai.

It comes after Tate's spokesman denied reports in Romania that his brother was recently rushed to hospital amid hellish conditions in their prison cell.

Tate has repeatedly whinged about life holed up in a cell

In an email to subscribers, he moaned about the "blistering cold" while being "locked in a box".

And in another, Tate launched a thinly veiled attack on his supporters from his jail cell, saying he needs “better people”.

He also branded prison an "animal house" as he told how inmates brawl with guards.

Tate also revealed his prison workout routine, claiming to do 500 squats and 500 press-ups a day.

The Tate brothers have maintained their innocence on all allegations, and claim their detention is part of a conspiracy to silence them.

Andrew has threatened to sue a woman who accused him of trafficking for £249million to "shut down" the case against him.

One-time Big Brother contestant Tate spent years creating a warped empire promoting toxic worldviews which have infected legions of fans through TikTok.
