Earlier on Saturday, Jackson was also spotted for the first time, since the sensational allegations, as he walked with his head lowered to a friend’s house at around 4 pm.
The 29-year-old was wearing green shorts which exposed his leg tattoo, with an Eagles baseball cap and a pair of Crocs worn with socks.
He wore a sweatshirt with ‘KING’ emblazoned on it and carried a brown cross body bag.
Looking downcast for the outing, Darius spent around 45 minutes with his friend before heading back to his house.
Jackson had only previously emerged to quickly accept a Doordash food delivery after laying low for the rest of the day.
Jackson and Palmer reportedly started dating in 2021. They welcomed their infant son in February.
Palmer filed for a restraining order and full custody of Leodis over ‘physical and emotional abuse’ claims.
In her filing, the 30-year-old Nope star accused her ex of physical and emotional abuse and shared shocking images from security camera footage that allegedly shows Jackson physically assaulting her over a bikini picture.

Concerned: In her filing, Keke expressed being ‘concerned for Leodis’ safety’ after Darius ‘started getting rough with Leodis physically’ after becoming frustrated by his crying
Social media response: Following the news that Palmer filed for custody of their son, Darius took to his Twitter to share a photo of him holding Leodis, and wrote, ‘I love you, son. See you soon’
Earlier this year, Darius publicly shamed Palmer’s outfit choice as she attended an Usher concert, inferring her outfit was inappropriate and tweeting ‘It’s the outfit tho.. you a mom.’ The tweet has since been deleted.
Her emergency filing resulted in a Los Angeles County judge determining that her ex must stay at least 100 yards away from her and their 8-month -old son Leo.
Palmer was also granted temporary sole physical and legal custody of the infant with Jackson denied visitation until December 5 when another hearing will determine future arrangements.
In the filing, incidents of violence, both recent and in the past, were described in a legal declaration under the actress’s real name, Lauren Palmer.
She said she dated Jackson from June 2021 until the relationship ended this past October because of physical and emotional abuse.
‘On Sunday, November 5, Darius trespassed into my home, physically attacked me, knocked me over my couch and pinned me down, and stole my phone after I threatened to call the police. This was all caught on home surveillance video,’ the declaration said.
Among other incidents, she wrote, Jackson became ‘irrationally angry’ at a party in February 2022 when she showed him a picture of herself in a bikini demonstrating workout results.
At home, the declaration stated, she was slammed onto the floor and slapped, and the next morning she was grabbed by the neck and body-slammed onto a stairway.

Jackson is shown walking away from a downed Palmer, the documents allege
DailyMail.com previously obtained shocking surveillance camera images of Palmer, 30, allegedly being beaten by Jackson, with the images obtained from court documents.
The stills from a security camera appear to show Jackson manhandling the former Nickelodeon star and hitting her while she’s leaned over a couch.
In court filings, Palmer said that Jackson ‘body slammed [her] onto the stairs by my neck.’
That incident stemmed from Palmer showing Jackson a photo of her ‘workout results’ at a friend’s party, sending him into a rage, the star alleges.
Palmer accused Jackson of abusing her as recently as November 5, stating that she has security footage to back up claims that he ‘trespassed into my home without my knowledge or consent’ and ‘threatened’ her before ‘lunging for my neck, striking me, throwing me over the couch and stealing my phone.’
DailyMail.com has reached out to Palmer’s representatives for comment on this story.
The Nope star will allow Jackson visitation rights to their son Leodis. In response, Jackson posted a picture of him holding his child on X. The caption reads: ‘I love you, son. See you soon.’
