Migrants will have asylum claims torn up if they break strict curfews in Britain

MIGRANTS will have their asylum claims torn up if they break strict curfews in Britain under a fresh crackdown.

Home Secretary Priti Patel plans to build new centres to house migrants while claims are checked.

Those who break house rules — including curfews and bans on damage or abuse of staff — will have their claims thrown out.

It also emerged last night that Germany has become a major hub for people smuggling gangs.

The Sun understands mafia bosses are transporting boats and clients from Germany to France.

A source said: “It’s the hub for criminal gangs.”

They are said to make around £250,000 for each boat arriving in Kent.

Ms Patel has ordered a UK delegation to Europol to raise the German link.
