Police launch urgent search for missing mother and her six-week-old baby last seen pushing a pram along a street in Derby

Police have launched an urgent search after a mother and her six-week-old baby were reported missing.

Aminat, who is around 5ft 5ins tall was last seen on Cardigan Street, Chaddesden in Derby at around 4pm on Wednesday.

Derbyshire Constabulary confirmed the woman was still missing at 10.15am on Thursday.

She is believed to have taken her six-week-old baby in a pushchair and was wearing a knee-length brown hijab.

Anyone who has seen her should call 999 with reference 913-201223.
