Shocking moment woman 'has hair ripped out' in Shameless-style mass brawl at dog kennels | The Sun

A GROUP of women broke out into a vicious scrap over dogs at a boarding kennel – this shocking video reveals all.

The violence left a female customer covered in mud with chunks of her hair missing.

But it is unclear who started the rumble at the Daisybank Boarding Kennels in Heald Green, Cheshire.

The business claimed the customer attacked and injured the kennel owner after starting the fight.

Tensions are clearly fraught from the start of the footage as the group of customers shout over the noise of barking.

A dog owner's daughter, a blonde woman who appears to be in her mid-20s, can be heard loudly questioning the conditions of the kennels and demanding a full refund.

She then films inside the premises as grappling staff try to remove her and pups bark in the chaos.

The owner of the two dogs involved, Fendi and Bobbi, picked them up from the kennels after an 11-day stay.

Yet the kennels claim they did not receive any complaints from the customer at the time.

The next day, the woman and her daughter showed up at the kennels, demanding a refund and return of some dog bedding and bowls.

She is heard yelling about the conditions the dogs were kept in, claiming they had lost so much weight their ribs were visible.

The raging girl then goes inside the kennels and starts filming inside the line of cages as staff rush in to stop her.

Another woman, presumably the kennel owner, tries to physically remove the party from the kennel building and tells them repeatedly to get out.

Outside in the muddy yard the women scream at each other and point fingers, before the kennel owner tries to grab the phone that has been recording the whole drama unfold.

Suddenly the phone falls onto the floor and the clip skips to the two women locked in some sort of headlock or hair-grab.

When two female kennel staff grab the daughter, the mother then intervenes, trying to wrestle her daughter from the other women’s grasp.

Photos of the aftermath show the daughter's blue leggings and denim jacket muddied by the scrap.

Later, she shared pictures of herself on social media with a bald patch on her scalp and holding strands of her hair.

The kennels have since issued a statement, the contents of which are disputed by girl.

The statement claimed one of the dogs was left for 11 days despite never having been in a kennels before, that she was nervous and off her food.

They claim they suggested a shorter trial, but this offer was declined. They also alleged the girl assaulted members of staff and the kennel boss was injured.

The kennel says the matter has now been referred to lawyers and police. The family involved has denied all the claims.
