UK outlook for Monday December 10 to Wednesday December 13

IT'LL remain cloudy for the next few days however the windy conditions are expected to die down slightly.

Rain will remain drizzly and patchy until Wednesday when wetter weather moves into far west Britain.

THURSDAY and Friday are set to be wet and windy in northwestern regions while the east is dry and cold.

There's even the possibility of snow over high ground.

The following weekend looks to be a mixture of cloudy, windy and long spells of rain.

From the 18th, eastern and southern areas are likely to be dry and colder which means there's the risk of night frost.

Temperatures are likely to be average for the time of year.

There's also the possibility for New Year to be colder and drier due to high pressure moving in.
