The video shows a vehicle driving down the road well over the speed limit, before flying off the road just outside a mechanics on the corner of Woodland Avenue.
As the car leaves the road, it spins 180 degrees and crashes into a traffic light pole, sending debris flying into the air.
The back side of the car then smashes into the parked blue vehicle, whilst its rear tyres are in the air, with the impact leading it to complete a full 360 degree spin.
After five seconds of no movement, other them the fumes funneling out of the black car, two people are seen to emerge from the spun vehicle.
Just the one person is seen getting out of the parked vehicle before the clip ends.
Two other cars can be seen in the footage coming down the road in the opposite direction. It is unclear whether they stopped.
