A WOMAN has been arrested after two people died within six hours of each other in the same house.

The bodies of the man and woman were found by police at a home in Portsmouth.

Cops were first called to the sudden death of the man in the morning, and returned in the afternoon to find a woman's body.

They only discovered the woman's body because they were assisting another man back to the property.

A woman, 53, has now been arrested on suspicion of supplying a Class A drug.

Hampshire Police were first called to the home on Estella Road, Buckland, around 10.30am on Wednesday, after reports a man in his 50s had suddenly died.
