Brooklyn Beckham is the spitting image of dad David as he shaves his hair off

Brooklyn Beckham is the spitting image of his legendary footballer dad David, after he ditched his longer tousled locks and shaved his hair off to debut his new 'do.

The new hairstyle appears to be reminiscent of David Beckham's iconic noughties look which saw the footballing icon, now 48, bring the buzzcut back to fashion.

Brooklyn, 24, who married Nicola Peltz Beckham in a star-studded wedding ceremony last April, looked stylish and dapper with his new short hairstyle.

Brooklyn, a budding chef and photographer, looked just like his dad as he stepped out in a simple grey T-shirt and debuted his newly shaved hair.

The 24-year-old completely changed up his look by ditching his previously tousled, floppy hairstyle.

But the son of David and Victoria Beckham is likely to enjoy the easy, no-fuss of his new do'.

It's a hairstyle his famous dad, who now owns football team Inter Miami, previously said was one of his favourite looks from his past.

During a chat with Gary Neville about his many hairstyles on his YouTube series The Overlap, David revealed the "Mohawk and the cornrows" were his worst hairdo choices.

He said: "I always loved the skinhead because it was easy. You didn’t have to do anything with it so I loved the skinhead."

This isn't the first time Brooklyn has taken a leaf out of his dad's book as the star opted for a platinum blonde hairstyle in 2015, which emulated his dad's iconic 2002 look.

As well as some of his fashion choices and hairstyles, Brooklyn's tattoos also seem to have been heavily inspired by David's own inkings.

In 2018, Brooklyn showed off a new inking in his collection, which appeared to be inspired by David's Jesus and three cherubs tattoo.

Brooklyn recently featured online after he whisked his wife off to St Tropez to soak up the sun on a luxurious yacht trip.

It comes after he was spotted arriving at Club 55 again, where he and his wife gave off vintage Posh and Becks vibes.

Earlier this year, the loved-up pair celebrated their third anniversary of their engagement, with Brooklyn taking to Instagram to mark the occasion.

He lovingly wrote: "3 years ago I asked my best friend to marry me,” he penned. “It has been the most amazing 3 years, and you are my everything.”

"I can’t wait to stay young together and continue to grow together,” he continued. “I wouldn’t be where I am today without you."
