Joe Swash has admitted he and wife Stacey Solomon are constantly ‘exhausted’ raising their five children.
The former EastEnders actor, 41, revealed he and the Loose Woman star, 33, are now so used to their lack of rest they see it as normal.
The couple are parents to Rose, 15 months, Rex, three and seven-month-old Bell. While Stacey also shares son Leighton, 10, with ex-partner Aaron Barham, and eldest Zachery, 14, with Dean Cox.
Joe is also a father to son Harry, 15, with former fiancée Emma Sophocleous.
He told The Mirror: ‘It is exhausting, but I think your body just adapts to your situation. So after you’ve had three kids, four, five or six makes no difference’.

‘Me and Stacey have been tired for so long now that it’s become the norm.’
He went on to give an insight into their parenting and how the couple make sure to work alternatively so one of them is always home with the kids.
‘It’s difficult, but we’ve both got to work. It is what it is, but we wouldn’t change it. There’s so much love in this house for all these kids. We think we’re really lucky.’
It comes after Stacey recently revealed she was in the ‘non-romantic’ phase of her relationship with Joe.
The TV personality also ruled out having another baby, as she admitted she couldn’t cope with welcoming a sixth new addition.
While taking part in a photoshoot in her Essex Home, Pickle Cottage, Stacey – who married Joe in July 2022 – told OK! Magazine: ‘I think me and Joe are in our non-romantic era.
‘It is important just to get time for us, but we’re at that stage in our life where that’s not really possible. We recently went to a friend’s wedding and had a night together, which was really lovely, but outside of that it’s once or twice a year that happens.’
The on-screen star has ruled out having more children, saying: ‘We don’t want any more – we cannot cope with it.

‘Yeah, we wanted all these kids and we’re so grateful to have them. So we will get romantic… but in 20 years’ time.’
The pair recently returned from a lavish holiday in Turkey with their kids.
Stacey hit back over criticism of her £3,000-a-week family trip to Turkey which sparked backlash.
She spent time soaking up the sun with her family at the luxury Regnum Carya resort in Antalya, Turkey.
The lavish resort boasts its own private beach, 15 bars, an epic waterpark, eight pools, and 10 à la carte restaurants, as well as a patisseries on site and a lavish spa.
After a wave of backlash to the lavish trip she said on her Story that fans should ‘unfollow’ her if her getaway pictures ‘didn’t make them feel good’.
And now she has doubled down in another post where she said she had only had ‘two holidays abroad in the last three years’.
It came as she answered a Q&A from fans about her holiday as she penned: ‘Loads of you asking if I know about any other places nearby or similar hotels in different price ranges etc…
‘I’ve only been to two places abroad in the last 3 years so I know nothing but I asked Suzi @trendingtravel & she sent me a link of the deals she thought were good ones. Different price ranges, prices and things to do. Hope this helps!’
