But this lady has made a decision that has changed her life and attitude.
She has decided to stop caring what people think.
These days, any comments made or jibes slung, she either ignores or simply doesn't hear.
And Jes Gragg Hampton (@jesgragghampton) is a lot happier for it.
She has taken back control and since taking this step, has not looked back.
Jes has 268,000 followers on her TikTok where she charmingly describes herself as a "relatable hot mess.”
In her post, she was phenomenal as she heaved huge weights above her head.
“It’s a bit warm in the Midwest," she said, so she wore an outfit that would keep her cool.

Commenters were enthralled by her, and displayed a whole lot of love and admiration.
