A YOUNG woman has revealed that she fell pregnant at the age of 23 and at the time, looked just 12 years old.
Ashley Paxton, who is now 24 and a mum-of-one, explained that she expected that she would get odd looks when pregnant as a result of her youthful appearance.
The mother took to social media, to show off her baby bump, leaving many open-mouthed.
In the short clip shared online, Ashley wrote: “When you’re 23 and pregnant but look 12.”
The blonde beauty, who reassured people she is “not a minor”, then added: “I'm going to get way too many looks when my belly gets bigger.”
Alongside the clip, the young woman attached an audio that said: “My name is Gabby, I’m 12 years old, and I’m pregnant as f**k.”

In the short clip, Ashley turned to the side to show off her baby bump.
The youngster lifted up her khaki t-shirt, and confirmed that at the time of recording, she was 18 weeks pregnant.
A few weeks later, Ashley added: “I get mistaken for [a] 12-15 year old on the daily.
“Even worse now because I’m 23 weeks pregnant and people think I'm a child.

“I'll look so young when I'm old.”
The TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @ashley.paxton, has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it has quickly gone viral and has since amassed a staggering 1.5 million views.
Social media users were left stunned at Ashley’s age and many took to the comments to express this.
Not only did people think Ashley looked young, but some even thought she looked just 8-years-old.
One person said: “Are you sure you're 23? I feel like I need to see some ID.”
Another added: “Of all the videos I’ve ever seen of people that say they look younger than they are yours is the only accurate one.”
To this, Ashley replied: “I felt this, I’ll see them all the time and I'm like "dude you don't understand the real struggle”.”
Meanwhile, a third commented: “HELP I ACTUALLY THOUGHT U WRRE 12.”
Someone else agreed: “I really thought you were a kid.”
Whilst another even wrote: “You look 8.”
In a follow-up clip, Ashley revealed that she has since welcomed her first child, a beautiful baby boy, into the world.
