Secrets behind Abbey Clancy's killer bod – from non-surgical BBL to GOLDEN facials as she's tipped for This Morning job | The Sun

MUM-OF-FOUR Abbey Clancy always looks immaculate.

So it's no surprise that she's recently been tipped as a potential replacement for Holly Willoughby on This Morning.

But how does the Scouse mum, 37, married to former footballer Peter Crouch, keep in such great shape?

Here, we take a look at some of Abbey’s most foolproof secrets to her size 6 killer bod – from a £300 non-surgical BBL to £500 facials.

All about the tum: £380 treatment and a healthy diet

It’s no surprise that the petite mum swears by a healthy diet for a toned figure.

Abbey is known to start her day with a green juice as she previously said: “I throw in any fruit, vegetables, nuts and super powders that I have in my fridge and I’ve noticed such a difference in my energy levels. My skin is really clear and my hair feels stronger.”

The green juice includes pineapple, pear, coriander, spinach, kale, lime and this concoction of high-performing ingredients has high levels of magnesium, to help with healthy sleep patterns, whilst vitamins A and C work to support a healthy immune system and new cell growth.

But not only does she swear by a healthy diet for a slim tum, but back in 2021, Abbey revealed she'd had a £380 skin tightening treatment done on her abs.

Ahead of her visit to celebrity skincare expert Shane Cooper's clinic, Abbey said having four kids had "stretched" her stomach – and that the gym alone wasn't getting her as toned as she likes.

While having the treatment, she added: "See, this is what I think I really need because you know I don't feel like there's a lot of fat there but having had four kids the skin is so overstretched, I just need a bit of help, something the gym can't do."

So how does it work? The expert explained: "We're doing tripollar radio frequency for the skin tightening, so it helps with collagen production and helps with the skin elastin.

"This is absolutely perfect for the skin elastin, we treat so many clients postpartum.”

Get behind this: £300 non-surgical BBL

Not only has Abbey seen the professionals for her slim tum, but she’s also got the experts to thank for her backside too.

Beauty specialist Shane Cooper recently carried out a non-surgical bum lift on the model’s peachy derrière – a procedure which stimulates collagen and costs £300 for an hour session.

The Lipofirm PRO bum lift uses radio frequency combined with internal muscle contraction which tightens skin and also helps with lymphatic drainage – meaning no orange peel bum from cellulite.

In a clip shared on Instagram, Shane Cooper explained: “We are doing bespoke body treatments. Lifting, toning, contouring and skin tightening.”

She’s leggy: £12 workout classes

With arguably the best legs in the business, it’s no surprise that Abbey is a fan of exercise classes.

But unlike her pricey cosmetic treatments, not everything costs a fortune.

Abbey swears by £12-a-go classes at Bootcamp Pilates, which is also a favourite of Liz Hurley.

Dominque Day, of Bootcamp Pilates, said: “Our workouts differ from traditional gym ones as they don’t bulk up muscle and you get a gorgeous Pilates body as seen with Abbey.

“The legs and limbs are leaner and longer – but ultimately that’s down to the strength of the core.”

The classes include planks and a mat-based exercise called “the hundreds” during which you lie down, raise your legs and shoulders, engage your core and then pulse your arms up and down 100 times.

Saddle up: The exercise Abbey swears by for her killer figure

But it’s not just exercise classes that Abbey loves – she’s also a fan of horse riding too.

The model told Your Fitness Today: "I hate running, I can't do it but I love a family bike ride or pushing the pram with my 20 million stone baby! Then the toning element comes from reformer Pilates, I love it."

Although her husband Peter is regularly training thanks to his footballing career, Abbey admitted that she tends to avoid exercising with him because of the intensity of his workouts.

She confessed: "I never work out with Pete. He does so much for his job already and even keeps it up on holiday, going for a run or hitting the gym and that's a little too dedicated for me!"

When it comes to keeping fit – Abbey also shared her love of saddling up, as she explained: “I’ve always been a very active person and love to get up and be outside as much as possible. There's nothing better than riding my horse in the countryside – I can't wait to get back in the saddle this summer.

“As everyone's so busy, it can be hard to arrange a catch-up with my friends, so we often go to a Pilates class together and grab a healthy breakfast afterwards – it's a perfect way to motivate each other and we squeeze in a gossip whilst working out.”

Oh baby: £500 facials Kim Kardashian swears by

When it comes to her skin, the busy mum loves a good facial.

But as you can probably imagine, Abbey doesn’t do things by halves – as it turns out she’s had “Baby Botox Facials”, also known as Aquagold facials.

Back in 2020, Abbey revealed that she had the procedure, as she got her face pierced with 20 tiny needles coating in 24-carat gold.

The model pays £500 a time for the Aquagold facial, a favourite of Kim Kardashian’s.

She said: “After giving birth and having so many hormones in my body my skin was really dull, full of pigmentation and just felt tired. The results are amazing.”

The Aquagold treatment, which originated in LA, involves a canister with 20 microneedles, each less than a millimetre long and thinner than a human hair.

The needles are covered in a mixture of ingredients which could include micro botox, hyaluronic acid fillers and vitamins and are applied across the cheeks and forehead.

London skincare expert Natali Kelly, who treats Abbey, told The Sun: “I mix a bespoke cocktail of skin ingredients in a little bottle.

"The gold-plated tips create micro channels in the skin and the cocktail results in a rejuvenation treatment that leaves your skin glowing with no downtime.”

Skin win: Abbey’s ‘white witch’

Not only does Abbey like pricey facials, but she also likes massages too.

The stunner has previously admitted to using renowned masseuse Rachel Morris, who uses pressure on acupuncture points to help “clear blockages”.

The star has said: “I like to treat myself to a massage. We’ve got this girl called Rachel Morris who comes to the house and she’s basically my white witch.

“She fixes me. She blobs all these essential oils on me and tells me which will release which muscles, what will cure anxiety, everything.
