I take my baby out in bad weather & let her play on her own – people may disagree but I’m not a robot, she’s still happy | The Sun

A YOUNG mum has revealed the alternative rules she swears by to raise her baby.

First-time parent Chloe Georgina claims she lets her baby play on her own, but it doesn’t make her a ‘robot’.

Whether it’s doing all your kids’ homework or making babies hold their own bottle, everyone has a hack to make mum life easier.

But it doesn’t stop trolls from shaming their actions, as Chloe knows all too well.

“No two people are the same, which reflects upon our parenting,” she writes in a recent video, where she reveals her controversial methods.

“We are not robots, and how we parent allows our children to form their own individuality with their own personality.

“A happy and healthy baby is all that matters.”

Chloe displays clips of her happy baby as she shares “things I do as a parent that people may disagree with.”

Firstly, she weaned her baby at four months old.

“I weaned her from four months,” she reveals. “She had baby porridge for breakfast and puree for dinner everyday.”

And judging by the clip of Eliza eating her pureed food, she’s very happy about it.

While some parents are slammed for taking kids out of school for holidays – what about taking babies abroad?

“We took her to Cyprus when she was four months old. People called us crazy but she loved it,” says Chloe, sharing a video of her little girl sporting sunglasses in a luxury pool.

The mum thinks her playtime technique will ruffle feathers, too.

“I let her play independently,” she says. “We balance her play where she has times to play on her own and other times with us.”

And while most of us hunker down at home when it pours with rain, it won’t stop Chloe heading out with Eliza in tow.

“I take her out in any weather. No such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing,” she says, posting a clip of her baby strapped to her chest with rain droplets on her face.

“I try to expose her to as much ‘thrill’ as possible, too,” she adds. “Yes she’s a baby, but she can still have fun and excitement.”

Chloe might fear fellow mums disagreeing with her methods, but loads of parents have praised her and claim they follow their own rules too.

One user replied: “You are an absolutely wonderful mum. She [Eliza] really is such a credit to you and your other half.”
