A YOUNG woman has revealed that she had a breast reduction – reducing her boobs from a whopping 36I to a D cup.
Diamond Shania, who is from the US, explained that she got the surgery done for free, but was left shocked at what happened to her nipples.
Showing the results from her cosmetic surgery online, Diamond posted a clip on social media, just one month after the operation.
In the short video, Diamond shared a variety of pictures of her wearing the same top, before and after the reduction, to share the difference in the size of her breasts.
Then, in a follow-up video, Diamond revealed all about the surgery – including how she got it for free, the healing process and her nipple blunder.
She explained: “I'm gonna answer some of your questions – so a lot of y'all been asking, who is my surgeon?

“My surgeon is Doctor Sarah, located in Troy, Michigan. Y’all can find her on Instagram and Facebook at Doctor Ellswick.
“Second question, a lot of people [have] been asking, how did I do it?
“Well, let me tell you – I started my breast reduction journey at the age of 18.
"So I had been to three different surgeons and two different doctors and the last surgeon that I went to, I just called my insurance company and I asked them if they could email me a form with all the surgeons that accept my insurance.

“That's how I got across Doctor Ellswick. Now, when I called doctor Elsewick, her assistant told me that I will have to get a referral from my doctor, and that's what I did.
“The other question was – how much did I pay?”
Diamond then explained that she had the breast reduction on her insurance, as she added: “I did not pay for it actually. My insurance literally covered everything.
“When I say everything – everything from the hospital fee to the surgeon fee, to the audit. They cover everything.
“If y'all got rashes, shoulder groove, whatever is abnormal – take pictures of it, because it's gonna help support your claim.”
Diamond then explained how she felt after the surgery, as she continued: “Third question – how was the healing process? When I tell you, I was up and moving on day five.
“I did a whole full face [of make-up], cleaned up the whole house. I was good.
“By the second week, I was doing a [TikTok dance challenge] and I think I end up ripping my stitches, but we ain't gonna speak on it.
“I was active with it. Real active. I was too excited.
“Another question that I saw was, how is the healing process?
“My scarring healed so beautifully. I don't have [any] keloids, no nothing.
“What is the con? I don't regret getting my boobs removed. Not at all whatsoever.”
Diamond then got candid about her nipples post-surgery, as she confessed: “I don't regret it, but I will say I did not know nipples can have dead skin.
“My right nipple – it was so big after surgery, it was poking out.
“And later on through the week, it had deflated, and when it deflated, it was a whole bunch of just dead skin and it ended up falling off, starting with my nipple first, and then my whole areola.
“I thought I had nipple necrosis. My nipples [were] literally pink.
“I say the third week came and my colouration started to come back.
“I kept him moist with [a cream my doctor prescribed].
“I just added Vaseline, cocoa butter and coconut oil on it and now my colouration is like 98& back.
“Another question I've been asked was what cup did I go down to and what was my size before?
“My before size, I was a 34/36H/I.
“Then I went down to a D cup.”
The TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @wild.and.pretty, has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it has quickly gone viral and has since amassed a staggering 2.6 million views.
One person said: “Congratulations! You look amazing and glad you got what you wanted.”
Another added: “You have convinced me.”
A third commented: “Congrats! You look so much happier.”
