She has successfully shed 77 pounds while eating protein-packed recipes like her sweet crepe idea.


It even has a yummy and runny chocolate filling that has had viewers salivating for more.

So delighted was one fan to find her meal idea he said: "I can’t believe you just posted a healthy crepe recipe.”

Arwa (@bakeswith_a), who has 1.1 million TikTok followers, was the creator of this scrumptious idea.

Her platform is packed with similar tasty food combinations.

During her successful weight loss journey, she shifted an incredible 77 pounds thanks to her high protein and calorie deficit recipes.

In this post, it was the turn of her “271 calorie chocolate filled protein crepes."

Few cooking skills were needed to put it together. She simply mixed the ingredients, and then cooked.

First, Arwa cracked one egg into a bowl and added 75ml of water.

Then into this went one teaspoon of vanilla essence, 20g protein powder, and 20g flour.

This was then whisked until there were no lumps: “The batter makes three to four crepes, depending on size," she said.

Once cooked, she folded each crepe in half. Then it was time to prepare the chocolaty filling.

“In a separate bowl mix 10g protein powder – I used chocolate – 5g cocoa powder, then gradually add water to desired consistency."

To those searching for even more sweetness, she suggested adding sweetener.

“Spread one-third onto crepes. Fold, repeat for others," she said, the finished dish looking super-tasty and tempting.

Her post attracted 33,000 likes and had the effect of tickling the taste buds of followers.
