I’m a dermatologist – I built an anti-aging skincare routine from Target, with the secret to ‘glass skin’ in your 30s | The Sun

A DERMATOLOGIST has found an anti-aging skincare range that will not break the bank.

He revealed that Target was his go-to when it came to achieving a youthful complexion.

One of the products even held the secret to glass skin in your 30s.

Dr. Mark (@dermarkologist) has 787,000 followers on his TikTok.

Some experts think anti-aging skincare should start as early as your 20s.

But in this post, he has a look at what's available for those in their fourth decade.

“Dermatologist builds you a full anti-aging skincare routine for your 30s from Target," he said.

He had quite a list to get through.

Hydro Boost Gell Cleaner – $10

Use Hydro Boost Gell Cleaner first thing every day, he said. It contained hyaluronic acid.

“Start off with a gentle cleanse twice per day."

Vanicream Vitamin C Serum – $18

“A vitamin C for the morning that won’t break you out," he said, holding a box of Vanicream Vitamin C Serum.

RoC Retinol – $24

RoC Retinol was another part of his anti-aging armory.

He said: "Retinol to ease those fine lies and sun damage.”

Adapalene Gel – $14

There were alternatives to retinol too.

“Use Adapalene instead of retinol if you have acne, he suggested.

Glycolic Acid Resurfacing Gel – $22

Dr. Mark raved about this product.

“Glycolic the queen of exfoliants," he figured.

He recommended using it "one or two times per week for glass skin.”

Cera Ve Moisturizing Cream – $15

This was a good budget option, he said.

“Save some money and use the same moisturizer for the face and body," he suggested.

Neutrogena Clear Face Serum

This product had a high sun factor protection of 60+.

“Last but certainly not least, Clear Face face serum," he said in conclusion.

Commenters begged him to come up with solutions for other ages.

“Do it for 50, please. I’m struggling with this old thing," said one person.

While another pleaded: “Do it for the 40s.”

Medical News Today said some of these products might actually work.
