A FITNESS foodie has revealed a quick and easy recipe you can make in the air fryer and still stick to your diet.
Alex, from the UK, shared the recipe she had been testing on social media, and we can't wait to recreate it.
The clip showed how she made some of the ooziest BBQ chicken and bacon loaded potato wedges for a quick mid-week dinner.
"This is a super easy recipe that is high in protein and super TASTY my BBQ chicken and bacon loaded wedges," she captioned the post.
Alex revealed the portion she shared is enough for two people and a serving comes in at just 533 calories.
The foodie first began by cutting her potatoes into wedges and patting them dry.

She then seasoned them with salt, pepper, garlic granules and mixed herbs before putting in the air fryer at 190 degrees for 30 minutes, shaking them halfway through.
Alex then moved on to making her chicken, which she coated with BBQ seasoning and put in the over at 180 degrees for around 18 minutes.
Once cooked, she shredded the chicken and added 40g of BBQ sauce and mixed the two together.
She also cooked up 3 streaks of bacon and chopped them into small chunks.

Once the wedges were done, she placed the BBQ chicken and an extra 10g of BBq sauce on top of the wedges with a good handful of cheese.
She placed it back in the air fryer for a few minutes until the cheese had melted.
Finally, top the dish with ranch sauce, spring onions and your crispy bacon bites.
"Add to your saved folder for the next time you need a quick dinner," she added.
The clip posted on her TikTok account @alexskitchenbangers soon went viral with over two million views and over 130k likes.
People couldn't wait to try the dish out for themselves and others claimed they already had and it was as good as it looked.
One person wrote: "These look unreal."
Another commented: "This but with buffalo."
"Ooo looks banging," penned a third.
Meanwhile a fourth said: "We need to try this."

200g chicken
3 streaky bacon rashers
BBQ seasoning – schwartz
50g bbq sauce
40g 50% less fat cheese
20g ranch sauce
