I’m a professional cleaner and you should read some of the messages I get – who knew my job could be so saucy? | The Sun

A CLEANER has left people stunned after revealing the messages she receives from customers and potential clients.

Sara works for the cleaning company Housekeeping Heroes, and regularly takes to her social media pages to share her top cleaning tricks and tips.

But in a recent TikTok, she shared some of the stranger requests she's had since being in the job – with many of them saucy in nature.

"Hey Sara, I have a strange request but please let me know if I am stepping over the boundaries," one wrote.

"My husband and I make a living on OnlyFans and next week when you come to do another clean would you be willing to join us in some adult fun and then you can clean up afterwards?"

"Thanks so much for today, my house looks amazing!" another added.

Other messages came from people questioning Sara's prices, and offering alternatives for payment.

"Thanks for the info but do you have payment plans at like $5 a week to pay off the clean over time?" one asked.

"Morning, thank you for sending through your price list," someone else said.

"We are happy to book in the Wednesday slot at 11.30 but I don't get paid until next month.

"So is it alright if you still came on Wednesday and I will pay you next month?"

As another message read: "Thanks for the quote. I know you are fairly priced but would you be able to clean our 4 bedroom house for $45 as I don't earn much and my husband is a gambler.

"I'm embarrassed to ask for a discount but I can't afford more than $45."

And then some of the other messages were just plain strange.

"I know you have a bubbly personality and I don't want to sound rude but can you not talk to me when you are here as I tend to not talk to my cleaners because we are not on the same level," one rudely wrote.

"I want to surprise my boyfriend with a spring clean of his house but is it possible for you to deep clean a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in an hour?" another asked.

"If not, don't waste your time coming to do the clean!"

"Thanks for cleaning our townhouse today but my girlfriend doesn't want you coming back because you have red hair and it scares her," a third bizarrely wrote.

As someone else texted: "I have left the key under the mat but please keep a listen out for my boyfriend.

"If he comes home early can you hide in the pantry until I get home? He doesn't want a cleaner but the house is a dump."

While someone else asked Sara if she would water his marijuana plants.

"Do you water plants as part of a clean? But by plants I mean the good type of plants by the THC variety?" they messaged.

"Asking for a friend!"

"In this industry, us Professional Cleaners have to deal with some very odd clients and their unusual requests lol," Sara captioned her video.

"These aren’t even the most graphic messages I have received haha!" she added in the comments.

"I almost spat out my drink multiple times reading these lmfao," one person commented on the video.

"Omg! The audacity," another said.

"Scary people out there!" a third wrote.
