I've dropped over 130 lbs – my cheat code meal got me in shape, it's really quick in the air fryer too | The Sun

A HEALTHY-EATING fitness fanatic lost over 100 pounds with his fast air fryer method.

His easy meal helped him achieve a new buff body – and he wasn't going back.

"This is one of the main meals I ate that helped me lose over 130 pounds," said Jacob Correia (@iampeachye1).

The plate that allowed him to shed the pounds consisted of 450 calories, 45 grams of protein, and 30 grams of carbs.

He credited the meal for his new muscles and drastic weight loss over the course of 19 months.

Jacob transformed his seemingly plain salmon into something more palatable by adding salt and pepper followed by some lemon and lime drizzle.

Next, he sprayed on his I Can't Believe it's Not Butter and then it was time for some air fryer action.

At the same time, he cooked up some low-calorie and high-protein shrimp on the stove.

He also added a fourth of a cup of rice mixed with water and put it into the microwave for six minutes.

While the next part was optional, Jacob couldn't get enough of this one ingredient: broccoli.
