TALK TV host Sharon Osbourne, 71, is no stranger to plastic surgery and has spoken candidly in the past about the vast number of times she has gone under the knife.
The British-American television personality has admitted spending hundreds of thousands of pounds on cosmetic procedures, including facelifts, breast implants, a tummy tuck, eye lift, liposuction, Botox and more.
She’s spent the last 45 years nipping and tucking her body, in a bid to keep her youthful appearance.
The star recently left TalkTV fans totally stunned at her changing face, when she appeared on Piers Morgan's show with her famous family, looking worlds away from her days on The X Factor.
The outspoken star said she'd had a "fix it job" to repair the results of her last botched facelift.
Claiming the previous surgery left her looking like "Quasimodo", Sharon admitted she looked like a "f*****g cyclops" after one of her many operations.

Opening up about her latest surgery, she revealed: "There’s not one part of my body that I haven't had twisted, lifted, elongated, whatever.
“I’ve been messed up many times. This last one was a kind of fix-it job from the guy that did it before," reported the Daily Star.
But now, the wife of Ozzy Osbourne – whom she’s been married to since 1982 – has claimed that she has quit surgery for good.
Dr Omar Tillo, plastic surgeon at CREO clinic told Fabulous: "Sharon Osbourne has been open about her experiences with various cosmetic procedures and surgeries over the years.

"Sharon has been candid about her choices and emphasises that she does these procedures to feel more confident and comfortable in her own skin – many appreciate her honesty on this and her message of body positivity at every stage of life.
"It's important to note that her choices regarding aesthetics and surgery are personal decisions, and she has made it clear that she does what makes her feel confident and comfortable. Sharon has openly admitted to having a facelift to maintain the youthful appearance, she’s had multiple breast surgeries, including augmentations and reductions, at different points in her life.
"As well as surgical procedures Sharon has had Botox and dermal fillers to smooth wrinkles and fine lines, and its very likely she has had many skin rejuvenation and lifting treatments such as Morpheus8, laser facials, and skin boosters."
Here, Fabulous takes a look at Sharon’s beauty transformation and surgery journey – from not eating for days on Ozempic to ‘that’ failed facelift.
Late 1990s
Sharon has previously admitted that she started her surgery journey back in 1978.
Her first operation saw her have her breasts reduced in size and lifted.
In 1999, after numerous dieting attempts failed, Sharon went under the knife again and lost over 100 pounds after having a gastric band fitted.
The operation helped her slim from a 16 stone size 22 to an 8 stone size 10.
Not only this, but it’s been reported that Sharon also had a rhinoplasty, as well as liposuction and body contouring operations to remove sagging skin.
She previously explained that she spent a staggering £98,000 on body surgeries, as she claimed: “After losing half my body weight I had flesh hanging everywhere.
“I had the sort of breasts you normally only ever see in the pages of National Geographic magazine. So much needed doing that it couldn't have been done in one operation.
“I had liposuction on my neck and had it lifted, too. I had my breasts lifted, my arms lipo-ed and my tummy tucked. I had my bum lifted and I had my legs lifted.
“The total cost was $120,000 [£98,000] and it was worth every last penny. I love cosmetic surgery.”
2006
By 2006, Sharon went under the knife again, this time for her second boob job.
It is understood that she had the procedure to give her a perky 34DD chest.
But unfortunately for Sharon, she was not as thrilled with her new breasts as she had hoped, as she later told New! Magazine: “I wish I had never had my breasts done.
"The have put these bloody great bags in that are too ****ing round.
“It is like [having] a waterbed on your chest. I hate my [breasts].
"I want to have the bags taken out – then I will put them on eBay.”
2010
In 2008, the former X Factor judge was given the title of Queen of Nip and Tuck and as 2010 rolled round, she confessed she had spent £25,000 on plastic surgery to her face.
Speaking to Piers Morgan on his ITV show about Hollywood life, she explained: “It is worth paying more for a facelift if you don’t want to look like an alien that has been beamed down from space.
“My teeth alone cost seven grand, but they’re good because they don’t look too white.
"The whole head cost 25 grand. I’ve had the t***ies done twice. Ozzy likes them but I don’t.
“My body goes into shock every time I go into a doctor's surgery because it goes “Oh no, no more liposuction. I can’t cope!”.”
2012
While it appeared that up until now, Sharon’s surgeries were merely cosmetic, after her battle with colon cancer, the mother-of-three also underwent a double mastectomy in 2012.
At the time, she told Hello! Magazine: “I’ve had cancer before, and I didn’t want to live under that cloud … The odds are not in my favour.
“I decided to take everything off, and had a double mastectomy.”
Sharon later added: “I didn’t even think of my breasts in a nostalgic way, I just wanted to be able to live my life without that fear all the time.”
2013
By 2013, Sharon wrote in her autobiography, Unbreakable: "There's not much I haven't had tweaked, stretched, peeled, lasered, veneered, enhanced or removed altogether.”
Not only this, but Sharon also claimed she would never have cosmetic surgery again, as she continued: "I don't think I'm as bad as some women – like Jocelyn 'Bride of' Wildenstein.
"But I won't be having any more cosmetic procedures."
2019
Despite Sharon’s earlier claims to avoid going back under the knife, by 2019, Sharon showed off her fourth facelift.
Whilst on "The Talk", she told the audience she recently lifted "everything up" so she would look "more refreshed".
She said: "It was five weeks today I had my operation and I had my neck done, my jowls gone.”
She joked her doctor had pulled everything to "the top of my head and put an elastic band" there to secure it in place.
She continued: "Everything was just lifted up so it looks more refreshed."
Sharon admitted she was still feeling "a little bit of pain" under her chin, but then added: "You can't complain when you wanted to do it."
In October 2019, whilst on The Kelly Clarkson Show, she told the audience: “I had this thing where they lifted up my mouth and then for the first week I couldn’t feel my mouth, I can hardly feel my mouth now, to be honest with you.
“I couldn’t find my mouth. It was numb and it was up on one side and I looked like Elvis.
“All the kids and Ozzy are going, "Why are you snarling at me?" And I’m like, "I’m not snarling; I’m not doing anything!"'
Then, when she appeared on Loose Women, Sharon explained: "Kelly told me that when I came out from the operating theatre, that I was going, 'Help me, help me' because it was so bloody painful."
She also told the Metro: “I am not ashamed to say I have had three different facelifts, well four including the original one.
“I get bored of looking at the same thing in the mirror.”
2020
In 2020, Sharon opened up about how she believes there is "nothing wrong" with having plastic surgery to change your appearance.
At the time, she said: “People ask me about plastic surgery, and you know what? If you’re not happy with the way you look and you have the money, change it! What’s the big deal?
“As long as you don’t look like you sucked on something to make your lips big, there’s nothing wrong with it.”
2021
By 2021, Sharon opened up about a disastrous facelift, her fifth one, which she had in October 2021 and took five and a half hours.
Speaking to The Sunday Times, she admitted: "I’m telling you, it was horrendous. I’m, like [to the surgeon], 'You’ve got to be f*****g joking'.
“One eye was different to the other. I looked like a f*****g cyclops. I’m, like, 'All I need is a hunchback.'
"I looked like one of those f*****g mummies that they wrap [with bandages]. It hurt like hell. You have no idea."
2023
Earlier this month, the no-nonsense presenter was shaded by her own son Jack on their family podcast about her plastic surgery 'tune ups'.
The father-of-three, 37, poked fun at his mum by comparing her cosmetic surgery procedures to car engine checks.
On the family podcast – The Osbourne Podcast – Jack joked: "I thought you had, like, a two or three year, like, tune-up. It's like a car. Every 5,000 miles, Mom goes in for a tune-up."
Seeing the funny side, Sharon laughed at the dig and insisted that "everybody needs it."
Despite her previous claims in 2013 that she wouldn’t be having any more surgery, ten years later, Sharon set the record straight – again, claiming she is finally done with plastic surgery.
The now 71-year-old’s decision comes two years after her disastrous facelift in 2021.
She told The Sun: “That one put me off and it frightens me.
“I really f***ing pushed it with the last facelift and I am now like, no more.
“Time is against me, I cannot have another facelift.”
While Sharon may have given up plastic surgery, she previously revealed that she had started taking Ozempic in a bid to lose weight, without needing to go under the knife.
In September, Sharon looked dramatically different as she appeared on TalkTV's Piers Morgan Uncensored.
The TV star, 70, showed off her trimmed down figure before candidly admitting: "I didn't want to go this thin."
In an interview earlier this year, she revealed that she had shed 30 pounds thanks to the drug.
Speaking to E! News, Sharon said of her weight woes: "In my life, the heaviest I was 230 pounds and I'm now under a hundred.
"And I want to maintain at about 105 because I'm too skinny. But I'm trying to have a healthy balance."
She reaffirmed her belief that she is 'too skinny' on Piers' programme.
Sharon, who has since stopped using Ozempic, said: "It's just time to stop, I didn't actually want to go this thin but it just happened.
