We’re a family of 14 and found the best adventure park in the UK – there's rides for kids of all ages and no queues | The Sun

A FAMILY of 14 has revealed their favourite adventure park to visit in the UK after enjoying a birthday trip with zero queues.

Zoe Sullivan, 44, and husband Ben live in a six-bedroom house with their bumper brood in Burghead, Moray.

The couple are parents to Elisabeth, 17, Olivia, 16, Noah, 13, Evangeline, 11, Tobias, 10, Agnes, six, Joseph, five, baby Flo, one, and two sets of twins – Charlotte and Isabelle, 15, and Leah and Erin, seven.

This week, the family gave social media followers an inside peek at son Joseph's fifth birthday.

The youngster had chosen Landmark Forest Adventure Park in Carrbridge, Inverness-shire, for his big day out.

Less than three hours away from Glasgow, Landmark boasts a high-ropes course in the trees, three water coasters and Bamboozeleum with a magical gallery of illusions and puzzles.

It's also home to Dinosaur Kingdom, Scotland’s biggest and best dinosaur experience, and mind-boggling Wonderwood with a spinning vortex, topsy turvy room and growing-shrinking room.

In a YouTube video inside the park, dad Ben said: "The weather's not amazing but it’s stopped raining for now and we're just going to make the most of the day.

"We love this place. It’s actually really quiet today, it's not bad at all.

"All the tables are empty so we just came and sat down and had our [lunch].

"I quite like it when it's like this because it's end of season and you get on all the rides and everything because it’s quiet which is great."

He added: "It's actually been a really nice day because it's been really relaxing today, not too much running about and trying to get on rides. It’s been really good.

"We've loved today. it's been brilliant. We’ve had great fun down at Landmark again because we love Landmark."

With adult and child tickets costing as much as £35 and £33 respectively, it's worth booking in advance to bring costs down.

But to save money on the day, the Sullivans took their own picnic which they enjoyed at an enclosed seating area.

They'd brought so much food that it filled an entire festival cart, towed along by son Toby.

Speaking after the successful day trip, Zoe said: "Another successful trip out to Landmark Park is done and dusted.

"The weather was forecast not to be all that good, but we were pretty lucky and it was dry for most of the time we were there.

"Everyone had a fab day as always and Joseph got to go on his favourite ever slide as much as he wanted."
