IMAGINE forking out £30 for a posh secret Santa pressie only to then receive an onion in return?
This is exactly what one woman has claimed happened to her this festive season, after her colleague gifted her some groceries.
According to the young woman, TikTok user Golda K. (@goldakxsse), she had gone all out with her pressie, spending an eye-watering £30 for a lux Yankee Candle.
The Midsummer's Night candle – which you can also bag for HALF PRICE at a special store – also has a gorgeous aroma, boasting notes of wood, bergamot, lime and lavender, just to name a few.
However, once Golda had handed over the pricey gift and gone home to open hers, she was in for a disappointment, as the total costs of her gift came to under a fiver.
Instead of something festive, the young woman received several items of food, including an onion, pepper and a pack of taco shells.

Totally gobsmacked by the contents of the gift-wrapping paper, Golda said: ''I almost lost it when I saw the onion.
''Naked and all. Let me not even start on the pepper!'' the beauty fanatic went on in the comments.
Since being shared on the platform, the video has racked up close to a whopping 300k views in less than 24 hours, leaving people in hysterics and totally baffled.
''I’d cry… while cutting the onion to make my taco,'' one joked.

Another chimed in: ''But not even the meat? The most expensive part.''
However, as stunned as as Golda might've been, there were also a number of those who wouldn't mind receiving ''dinner'' under the Christmas tree.
One fan of the unique pressie, for instance, reckoned: ''Ok but I feel like it’s funny and more thought went into it than a candle.''
Someone else agreed, pointing out to the current cost-of-living crisis.
''In this economy I'll take it, groceries are expensive.''
Buying a gift for someone you don't really know that well can be pretty tricky – however, it will be difficult to top off this ''offensive'' pressie one woman received.
What's more, people even advised her to head to HR to report the festive incident.
The mum, who shared the story on Mumsnet, revealed that she was given an adult colouring book, called 'Go F**k Yourself, I'm Colouring.’
The colouring book is said to offer the opportunity to colour in sweary designs with words such as 'Idiot' and 'S**t' alongside a number of sexual slurs.
Alongside a snap of the book, the woman wrote: "I like a robust swear and I have a job that can very much cause stress but I finally looked at it properly today and a lot of the words to colour are not swear words per se but really, really unpleasant misogynistic, sexual slurs and terms that I associate with pornography not swearing.
"I have actually found myself quite offended that someone thought this was an appropriate gift for a fifty-year-old female colleague in a professional environment.
"My quandary is whether I should say something to the group or just hide it in the recycling and forget about it?"
Fellow Mumsnet fanatics were quick to agree that the present was "inappropriate", as one wrote: "This is so grossly inappropriate for the workplace and so sickly misogynistic that I couldn't let it stand."
