Prime members can pick up the GoPro Hero 9 for 28% less than usual: it's been reduced from £249 to £179.

This action cam deal is one of thousands upon thousands of price drops available in Amazon's two-day sale, which runs until midnight tomorrow (Wednesday 11th October).
We spotted this particular offer on Amazon's best-selling action cameras page, where it currently sits at the Number 1 spot.
Amazon Prime Day shoppers have been flocking to buy this versatile little device for £70 less.

You'll find all sorts of cheaper lookalikes from lesser-known names here, but any shoppers who want some assured reliability from the biggest brand on the market should consider this deal.
The Hero 9 is GoPro's budget action camera – by our estimates, a great shout for anybody who's new to recording on an action camera and doesn't want to invest the big sums that the higher-end models command (the top-end Hero 12 currently costs £394.99 on Amazon).
The Hero 9 doesn't match the same frame rates of that top-of-the-line device, but its credentials still look pretty impressive to us.
It can record in both 5K and 4K (30 frames per second and 60 frames per second respectively), and comes bearing GoPro's HyperSmooth stabilisation technology, which sorts of the wobbling you encounter when recording activities like bike rides and extreme sports.

It's also earned a solid average user rating of 4.5 out of 5 and there's a number of positive reviews on the product page.
One shopper has described it as 'top-quality', while another says: 'Overall, I think it's amazing. I was slightly sceptical about the image stabilisation when I first read about it, not thinking it would be any good, but I’m pleased to say it is! It makes the images so much smoother.'
GoPro discounts are pretty few and far between – in fact, the last time we covered a brand sale was during last year's Black Friday.
The sale price of £179 is the cheapest price we've seen so far for the Hero 9.
Our guess is that it won't be beaten when Black Friday lands next month (but you'll find a wider selection of models available then, so hold back your spending until if you want one of the pricier cams in the range).
But if its this budget beauty that takes your fancy, now seems like the perfect time to strike – just remember, you need to be signed up to Prime.
