Costa Coffee has revealed its exciting autumn menu that launches in stores later this week.

The new seasonal menu includes the return of autumn fan-favourites as well as some exciting new additions.


The new Costa menu that launches in stores on August 31 includes the much-anticipated return of the maple hazel range, a new frappe, and new toasties and sweet treats.

Included in the maple hazel range are the maple hazel latte (from 212 calories) and the maple hot chocolate (from 233 calories).

Both drinks include roasted hazelnut flavoured syrup and maple flavoured sauce, topped with light whip and sprinkles of crunchy biscuit and are priced from £3.95.

For those who are not ready to part with iced drinks yet, the maple hazel iced latte (from 203 calories) is made over chilled milk with fresh espresso and also includes the roasted hazelnut flavour syrup, sauce and biscuit, this latte is also priced from £3.95.

Costa Club members will also have exclusive access to the new maple hazel frappe (from 247 calories).

The exclusive frappe is only available through the Costa Club app and is a limited edition, priced from £4.10.

Chocoholics are also in for a treat with the launch of the new chocolate hazel frappe (from 241 calories) priced from £4.10.

Made with the signature roasted hazelnut favour syrup it also includes a chocolate-flavoured sauce, light whip and is sprinkled with cappuccino dusting.

For the first time, the maple hazel range will be available at Costa Express machines nationwide, which is good news for those who like their Costa on the go.

Two new toasties have also been added to the menu, the brand new hog roast toastie (from 545 calories), and the nacho chilli cheese and chicken toastie (from 571 calories), both are priced from £4.95

The hog roast toastie includes hickory pulled pork with spiced apple glaze and caramelised onion chutney finished with sage and onion stuffing and melted cheddar.

The nacho chilli cheese and chicken features roast chicken, fiery Mexicana cheese and spicy jalapenos served on cheese and tortilla chip-topped bread.

For those with a sweet tooth, there is also plenty to choose from.

The maple hazelnut muffin (from 390 calories) is filled with maple sauce and topped with icing and cocoa confectionery, it is priced from £2.50.

And chocolate fans will love the maple hazelnut blondie (from 359 calories) with a blondie base, nutty hazelnuts and topped with white chocolate and maple syrup, priced from £2.50.

Also new is the apple and blackberry loaf cake (from 344 calories). This sweet treat is filled with apples and blackberries, sprinkled with a crunchy crumble and finished with a drizzle of pink fondant and costs from £2.75.

Other new additions to the sweet menu are the chocolate and salted caramel cake(from 569 calories) priced from £3.50, the loaded flapjack (from 359 calories) priced from £2.50, and the new iced pumpkin gingerbread biscuit (from 188 calories) priced from £2.

For the second year running Costa is a joint Headline Partner of Macmillan Cancer Support’s Coffee Morning, helping to raise funds to support people living with Cancer.

Three items on the autumn menu will be helping to support this cause.

The Macmillian chocolate muffin(from 437 calories) priced from £2.50, The Macmillan carrot and walnut cake (from 553 calories) priced from £3.25 and the Macmillian iced shortcake biscuit (from 204 calories) priced from £2.

When purchasing a slice of Carrot Cake, the Chocolate Muffin, or an Iced Shortcake Biscuit, 20p will be donated to Macmillan Cancer Support

Naomi Matthews, food innovation director UK and Ireland said: "Leaves are falling, Autumn is calling, and at Costa Coffee, we’re excited to bring customers our new food and drink menu.

"It’s great to have the much-loved Maple Hazel range returning for Fall, as well as the launch of some mouth-watering savoury and sweet additions.
