An ex-doctor's receptionist and trainee nurse has become one of the world's highest-paid "penis raters".
Rose Ann, 23, ditched her £22,000-a-year job at a Brit GP surgery last year May after her "side hustle" giving her brutally honest opinion on men’s members online started earning her an astonishing £20,000 a month.
The curvy Kent-born brunette, who studied nursing at Kent College – but is now known as "Queen of the Penis Raters" online – said: "I was on minimum wage for years after I left uni, and things seemed to be going nowhere.

"Then I stumbled on this trend online where men were paying influencers to have a look at their d**k pics and rate them out of 10.
"I saw there were quite a few girls doing it on sites like OnlyFans and things, but I decided I needed to have a unique selling point or way of doing it."
Rose Ann added she got the idea of being sarcastic and sweary in her reviews after watching The F Word chef Gordon Ramsay, 57, give sweary reviews to his fans’ cooking efforts on social media.
She said: "I loved the way he would take the p**s out of how their dishes looked, and just had a lightbulb moment where I went, 'That's exactly how I should rate men's willies'."
The former wannabe nurse ditched her dream of joining the NHS to join the X-rated Social Ikon subscription-only site and set up a profile showing her in a nurse's uniform holding a tape measure and a needle as a nod to her job in the GP's surgery.

Rose Ann added: "When I started it, I thought it would just be a small side hustle as I was living at home and just wanted to start experimenting with ways online to make extra money.
"But I soon got really popular, maybe because my subscribers thought I had some kind of medical training as I mentioned in my bio I worked for a GP surgery.
"I started off charging £20 a pop for my ratings, and tried to be as mouthy and sarcastic as possible, and word seems to have quickly grown.
"It seems men really like being humiliated or given the brutally honest truth about their willies. I quickly built up 300 subscribers, and now I've done thousands of willy reviews.
"I have also started raising my price from £20 per review and I do video reviews which are starting to get really popular. I'd just like to thank Gordon for giving me the idea – and if he wants a review, feel free to send me a pic!"

Rose Ann said she has reviewed "all sorts of willies" – from flaccid to erect.
She added: "I pull no punches and have come up with some really good ways of putting men down who seem to like that kind of thing.
"I usually seem to come back to comparing the look of them to food, and I’ve had everything from peanuts to cucumbers pop up on my feed.
"I also get a kick out of telling blokes who think they are big, and the ones that actually are, that they’re not that impressive and I’ve seen way bigger and better."
Rose Ann – who is currently single – said that after six months she was raking in so much cash as a penis-rater she was able to give her notice at the GP's.
She added: "I loved giving notice, but didn’t tell them the truth when they asked what I was going to do – I just said I was off to pursue a career as an influencer and kept it vague. But the cat's out of the bag now."
Rose Ann said she is now house hunting in Essex and plans to move out of her folks' house "any day".

She added: "My mum and dad didn’t know at first what I was up to, but I sat them down and told them and after the initial shock they now think it’s hilarious.
"I have a camera set up in my room for my review clips and they regularly hear me shouting abuse about small d**ks from my bedroom."
Turning to what she likes in the bedroom, Rose Ann said: "I've only had a handful of boyfriends, and they've been a range of sizes.
"But I've seen it all now really – micro-penises, pierced, deformed, all shapes and sizes and colours.
"I'm not giving any secrets away yet about what I like, as I like to keep my clients guessing."
