Kanye West And Bianca Censori Ghost His Attorneys As He’s Hit With Another Huge Lawsuit

Kanye West and Bianca Censori are potentially facing legal problems abroad, but the couple don’t seem concerned. In fact, according to a new report, they’ve actively avoiding his lawyers, even though Ye has multiple lawsuits currently filed against him in the U.S.

According to information obtained by The U.S. Sun, Kanye is currently untraceable, with a top music producer actively searching for him. However, even his legal representatives acknowledge the difficulty in reaching him.

Marshall Jefferson, a renowned house DJ and producer, has filed a lawsuit against Kanye West for sampling his 1986 hit “Move Your Body” on at least 22 occasions. For example, the song was featured without his consent on the rapper’s track “Flowers” from his most recent album, “Donda 2,” which was released in 2022.

However, Kanye’s legal team has now openly acknowledged that they have no information about his current whereabouts. as he continues his vacation in various destinations, including Japan and Italy, alongside Bianca.

Furthermore, The U.S. Sun disclosed last week that the 46-year-old artist appears to be unconcerned about the increasing number of lawsuits against him and rarely uses his phone, primarily for email and FaceTime.

In their efforts to serve the lawsuit on Kanye, Jefferson’s record label, Trax Records, has sought an extended timeframe for completion, as per recent court filings in the Eastern District of Louisiana Court.

This isn’t the first time Kanye has ghosted his lawyers. Earlier this year, his former law firm had to get permission from the court to quit acting as his representative, after they said they couldn’t get in communication with him.

Moreover, multiple people have cited trouble in finding Kanye to serve him court documents. His manager has been suing him since earlier this year and has gone to the court multiple times to find a way to move the lawsuit forward, even though Ye hasn’t been served.

The manager – who claims he’s owed million after being wrongfully terminated – even requested being allowed to take out a newspaper ad to serve him, though the court disagreed.

Kanye lost his billionaire status last year after Adidas pulled the plug on its long-time Yeezy collaboration. The rapper is reportedly working on a career comeback and has put his partner, Bianca, in charge of his businesses as she helps inspire new music and fashion.
