From the 1st of November onwards, our Instagram feeds become littered with all kinds of Christmas content, from wreath making reels to turkey dinner tutorials to who can make the biggest snowman. But amongst the surge of DIY festive inspiration, we're also greeted with tons of celebs who take to the gram to share their own festive decorations, but most importantly, to show off their winter wonderland home transformations.
So far this year, Michelle Keegan and Mark Wright are winning the Christmas game, having recently shared a bunch of videos of their decked up £3.5 million Essex mansion to social media. Just yesterday, Mark dropped some footage for his 1.8 million followers to see, which included an exterior and interior view of the couple's marital home.
And honestly, everything about it screams Kardashian-Jenner luxury.
The beginning of the video shows the couple's home covered in fairy lights, both around all of the windows and lining the entirety of the roof.
Elsewhere, the neat front garden features fairy lit trees, two glowing reindeer and the most lavish Christmas wreath arch complete with golden baubles and more glowing lights.
"Christmas 2023 has begun," Mark captioned the post, before thanking 4 Season Events for creating "outside and inside Christmas heaven."
The 36 year old wasn't wrong when he labelled the efforts as "heaven," either. Upon entering the sprawling foyer, fans were greeted with an enormous Christmas tree reminiscent of a Kim or Kylie choice.
Covered in white, gold and amber decorations, which gave the otherwise empty space a warm and cosy atmosphere, Michelle and Mark completed the look with a mound of presents following the same colour scheme beneath the tree.
Other notable lavish qualities include the foliage – which resembled the exterior decorations – that was wrapped around the curved banister on both sides. Again, helping to add some Christmas spirit to the white, minimalist staircase, it seems that festive season in the Wright household is something that is taken very seriously.
Naturally, thanks to the luxe transformation of Michelle and Mark's mansion, plenty of fans took to the comments section on their joint home Instagram account to gush over the trimmings.
"If this isn’t house goals I don’t know what is," one person typed as another penned: "omg this is beautiful!! Got me feeling festive this morning."
"How classy is this?! Home alone vibes right there!" a third said as a fourth echoed this sentiment, adding: "This is the closest we are going to get to a UK version of Kevin McCallister's parents house."
It's official, we're obsessed with Mark and Michelle's winter wonderland!
