The BBC host shared a glamorous snap of her attending the Oktagon MMA event in Manchester.
Emma posed for the camera in a low cut leather dress and shared the snap with her followers.
She joked about her outfit choice in the caption which read: "I've discovered the solution to spilling food & drink on my clothes…wear 'wipe clean' material."
