Newcastle launch probe into Jamaal Lascelles brawling with thugs after they ‘punched and pelted him with bottles' | The Sun

NEWCASTLE has launched a probe after Jamaal Lascelles was seen brawling with thugs on a night out.

Horrified onlookers watched on as they punched and pelted the captain with bottles.

It is claimed the gang of men also injured Lascelles' brother and left their pal "unconscious" as they left Chinawhite club in Newcastle.

Onlookers say all hell broke loose when a man elbowed his 19-year-old sibling in the throat.

The "unprovoked attack" saw Lascelles, 29, shove the man away before a fight erupted, just hours after he was an unused sub in Newcastle's 1-0 defeat to Manchester City at The Etihad.

Shocking footage shows a "vodka bottle" hurled at the skipper's head before missing and smashing in the street.
