REECE JAMES' injury woes have continued after he was forced off in the first half against Everton.

The Chelsea star picked up an injury less than 30 minutes into the Premier League fixture.


James, 24, has struggled with injuries in the past year which has limited his time on the pitch.

To make matters worse for the full-back, England boss Gareth Southgate was in attendance at Goodison Park.

Fans were left gutted for the England international as they flocked to social media.

One fan posted: "Not another Reece James injury."

Another tweeted: "James injured again, I feel so bad for him."

The defender has been limited to only eight appearances in the Premier League this season.

James had been given the captain's armband in the summer by new manager Mauricio Pochettino.

The Argentine was seen comforting James as he made his way off the pitch.
