BIG Brother star Sakia Howard-Clarke looks very different 18 years on, posing for OnlyFans and covered in tattoos.
Sakia was just 23-years-old when she starred on Big Brother's sixth series in 2005, where she forged a romance with maintenance engineer Maxwell Ward.
She was evicted on day 36, after facing up against Maxwell, but they remained together on the outside for two years.
It all seemed pretty good-natured until Maxwell appeared to take aim at his ex in an interview with Heat magazine.
Speaking in 2010, he said: "I’m not blowing my own trumpet, but if I hadn’t got with you [Saskia], I would’ve won the show hands down!
"If I had the time again, and I’m sure you’d say the same thing, I wouldn’t have got with you and you wouldn’t have got with me."

Now 41, little is known about Saskia as she quit fame for two or three years, where she welcomed a son.
These days, she makes a living selling raunchy snaps on OnlyFans and is covered in tattoos.
One recent photo from her Instagram profile, where she boasts 1.5k followers, sees her posing in a cow-print bikini on her bed.
Her light brown locks are now jet black and she sports heavy make-up too.
