BIG Brother star Chantelle Houghton has been forced to explain her recent weight loss after leaving fans concerned.
The 40-year-old appeared on This Morning yesterday to discuss the return of the iconic reality show and left viewers surprised by her appearance.
Chantelle later took to Instagram to reassure her followers she is healthy and has in fact just cut something out of her diet.
She explained: “Lots of people have been asking me if I am OK, which is really sweet, saying I look slim.
“I am completely sugar free and in a really, really good place, so thanks for caring, thanks for asking.”
The star added: “But I am really good, I am really healthy and I am absolutely loving life and am just so so grateful.”

Chantelle was famously sent into Celebrity Big Brother in 2006 to trick her famous housemates into thinking she too was a star.
She ended up falling for The Ordinary Boy’s star Preston, who she went on to marry.
After finding fame, she struggled with her weight, and she became known as a yo-yo dieter.
She told The Sun: “I wasn’t eating, or only eating when I was starving. And then, when I was starving, I was eating anything I could get my hands on. I’d stop at McDonald’s or get a bag of crisps or a bag of chips.”
