Yewande met up with scientists, therapists and members of the pubic to learn about the female orgasm, and why some women including herself, find it to be so elusive.

As she delved deeper into the world of female pleasure, the author and biochemist learned about different sex toys, triend out different techniques and visisted a sex club as she discovered what works for her.

Yewande also looks at the differences in how male and female pleasure is treated in schools, where the male orgasm is a staple of sex ed, but the female orgasm doesn’t usually get a look in.

As viewers tuned into the documentary, some fans took to social media to discuss their verdict.

Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, one fan penned: "Watching it now! Most of us from strict Christian African families can relate."

Another added: "Watching it now. Congratulations @yewande_biala."

While a fourth social media user agreed: "Channel 4 doing the sort of documentary 14yr me would have found fascinating. Gwan gal."

Previously speaking to Daily Star about her personal journey, Yewande explained: "When you go on a dating show people think your an expert on dating because you've been there.

"I didn't think not having an orgasm was a big deal but everyone else did and was so surprised so I was approached to a few years ago to potentially make a documentary but I shut it down straight away.

"But they came back last year, I was a little bit older and I was ready to actually maybe start my own journey and do a little bit of an investigation."

Yewande grew up in a strict Christian household and fans watched her discuss masturbation with her mum for the first time.

She said: "The conversation with my mum was probably the most difficult part as it's uncomfortable speaking about sex with your family anyway but it's more uncomfortable when it's being recorded and being put on screen.
