Danny Cipriani's ex breaks silence on 'pain' and 'lessons' from split after he was linked to Strictly partner | The Sun

DANNY Cipriani's ex wife has broken her silence on the "pain" and "lessons" learned from their split after he was linked with Jowita Przystal.

Just nine days after his marriage split with Victoria Rose, 42, the rugby star was spotted with his professional Strictly Come Dancing partner, 29, as they gazed into each other's eyes.

It came after they cosied up to each other in the dance studio in a pair of photos on Jowita's Instagram page.

TV personality Danny, 36, revealed he had split from Victoria, his wife of two years, just last month.

Now Victoria has opened up in a candid question and answer session on Instagram, hinting she was reeling from Danny's cosy actions on the Strictly Come Dancing Christmas set.

One fan asked: "Tips for getting someone … please," followed by a sad Emoji icon.

Victoria replied: "This must be the most asked question I've got at the moment. I knew it was coming. I'm ready for it.

"Acceptance, let it go with love.

"Embrace the pain, suffer it, let it wash over you, and feel it deeply; it's a necessary part of the process.

"Meditate, sit, with your emotions, allowing them to rise and fall, and observe their transformation and eventual release.

"I meditate in an acupressure mat – I highly recommend that. Listen to your thoughts, but don't let them define your reality; you can create your next moment."

Victoria then added: "How are you going to choose it to be? Use all the pain as a catalyst to move you forward, see it as a lesson, and approach your lesson with love and gratitude.

"It's your opportunity for rebirth!!"

Danny reportedly split from his partner after she saw "messages on his phone".

The Mail Online revealed that the pair separated in early November.

A source revealed to the publication that up until the summer, all had been well in the marriage.

But added: "Victoria had been increasingly unhappy over the last few months.

"Things got tense and then she saw some text messages on his phone and it led to some difficult rows between them and they have now split up.

"They are both devastated at the breakdown of their marriage."

Yet just days later, Danny took to social media to post a sweet group picture of all the competitors in the Christmas special of Strictly Come Dancing.

Huge stars such as Sugarbabes star Keisha Buchanan and BBC Breakfast presenter Sally Nugent beamed from ear to ear in the ballroom set.

Both he and Jowita took to social media to heap praise on each other after they were spotted gazing into each others eyes outside a rehearsal studio in North London.

Strictly bosses then suggested they didn't expect the pair to "get so close so soon" after his marriage split.

Danny's previous relationships have included celebrities such as Hollywood actress Lindsay Lohan and models Katie Price and Kelly Brook.

Jowita is also believed to be single after she and fellow Strictly pro Giovanni Pernice went separate ways earlier this year.
