EastEnders: Ben attacks the wrong man by accident
EastEnders’ Lexi Pearce (played by Isabella Brown) will soon be getting ready for her first day at secondary school.
Fans of the BBC soap were heartbroken when Lola Pearce (Danielle Harold) died a few months ago, and as Lexi’s dad, Ben Mitchell (Max Bowden) has been trying to be there for his daughter as much as he can.
Official spoilers reveal it will be an emotional day for him as he watches Lexi preparing for the milestone.
He later heads to The Vic to drown his sorrows but is summoned home by Callum Highway (Tony Clay) to comfort Lexi.
Ben encourages her to open up as Lexi begins to get excited about her first day of school.

Later, Callum worries, but Ben insists he’s okay.
Could the sad day trigger Ben’s bulimia? Ben finally opened up to his family recently that he had developed the eating disorder as a way of coping with the trauma in his life.
While it seems he has been getting help, Ben often hides his struggles from people around him.
With Lexi having to face her first day at secondary school without her mother, Ben might feel the weight of responsibility on him and could suffer a relapse.

He might end up needing support but find himself too afraid to ask for it.
With Lexi going through her own struggles, could she be forced to try to hep her dad through the tough time?
Perhaps she will be the one to spot that he’s going through something as tries to be there for him.
