Good Morning Britain's entertainment editor Richard Arnold compared the show's co-presenter Susanna Reid to Victoria Beckham's Posh Spice heyday on Wednesday morning (October 4).
In a busy morning in the ITV studio, Richard joined Susanna, Charlotte Hawkins and Ed Balls to discuss David Beckham's new Netflix documentary – simply titled BECKHAM – which is available to stream from October 4. On Tuesday night (October 3), Victoria and David were joined by their four children Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz and Harper, along with Brooklyn's wife Nicola Peltz Beckham and Romeo's girlfriend, Mia Regan, as the family attended the series' worldwide premiere at London's Curzon Mayfair.
At the beginning of GMB's segment, Richard was quick to point out that Susanna, 52, bore an uncanny resemblance to Victoria, 49. And after an image was shared to screens of the pair side-by-side, we can see what Richard means!

"Before we talk about BECKHAM, Susanna, you're looking very much like Posh Spice 1997," he joked. "The team have thrown a little lookalikey picture together and you're clearly rocking it with those straighteners."
Susanna recently wowed fans by unveiling a dramatic hairstyle transformation, chopping the long tresses we've been used to over the years into a shoulder-length bob. "There we go," she replied as she tilted her head to the side to copy Victoria's look from yesteryear.
Richard agreed: "Yep, you've got it. It's uncanny." Susanna added: "Love it."
The Beckham family were joined by whole host of celebrity pals on the red carpet, meanwhile, including Victoria's fellow Spice Girl, Emma Bunton, Geri Horner's daughter Bluebell, James Cordon, and David's best pals, Dave Gardner and his former Manchester United teammate, Gary Neville.
On Tuesday, Susanna was widely praised following an interview with Rishi Sunak at the Conservative Party conference in Manchester. She was declared an "icon" after laying into the Prime Minister over several issues affecting the nation including inflation and the lack of transparency over plans to scrap to the stretch of HS2 between Manchester and Birmingham.
Presenter Susanna stunned in a red dress – which some suggested was deliberately Labour red in a dig at Tory blue – as she addressed Sunak for around 15 minutes. With Sunak seemingly rattled from the offset, some viewers claimed Susanna interrupted him too often and spoke over him, although the majority of comments on social media spoke in favour of the mother-of-three.
