Fred Sirieix pushed into a river by Gordon Ramsay
Gordon Ramsay, Gino D’Acampo and Fred Siriex took viewers on a culinery adventure around Spain as part of the their final series as a trio.
However, as the episode got underway, ITV viewers took to social media to accuse the programme of being “scripted”.
Taking to Twitter, Mr C remarked: “The first couple of episodes were great viewing but it’s getting more and more obviously scripted & rehearsed #gordonginoandfred.”
Another wrote: “Van is stuck. Scripted. #gordonginoandfred.”
Liam penned: #GordonGinoandFred do really well in sticking to their script. What a dreadful programme.”

Lesley Boardman commented: “#Gordonginoandfred is much funnier when they stop trying so hard to fake funny.”
However, many viewers praised the series on social media, with David Taylor writing: “We want more #gordonginoandfred this is TV gold.”
Claira said: “Love watching #gordonginoandfred. Shame it’s the last series ever! Gordon does seem to put up alot with Gino and Fred sometimes though! Love Fred, hilarious.” (sic)

During the episode, Gino got annoyed after Gordon teased him about Spanish food eclipsing Italian dishes.
Italian chef Gino stormed off after saying: “Every country you go to, you say the food is better than Italian food.”
“Italian food is good but I think Spanish food is better,” Amazon’s Alexa told Gino who was not impressed with her answer when he asked her if she preferred Spanish food.
However, Gino later said: “It’s been such a beautiful trip, this is just sensational. you travel the world with your best friends. I hope we can do this for 30 years – although Gordon will be 90 then! Maybe the next 10 years, yeah.”
The episode ended with Gino and Fred getting naked and running into the sea as Gordon watched on in shock wearing his North Face coat.
