After becoming the sixth campmate to be evicted from the I'm A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! jungle, Marvin Humes was reunited with wife Rochelle and said his goodbyes.
The departure left many shocked, with JLS singer Marvin seemingly popular amongst the public before his exit. However, some fans appear to have 'worked out' the reason for him being voted out.
It seems that Marvin didn't make enough of a memorable impression on camp, with many claiming that he had very little airtime on the ITV show. "Marvin didn't get much airtime. He appeared to be very quiet and didn't cause any controversy," one fan shared to X, formerly known as Twitter.
A second agreed: "Marvin was so absent in the programme, he brought nothing to the camp."
Claiming that the way the voting system works has impacted the result, another tweeted: "They didn't vote to eject, they voted to save. As for the reasons Nella and Marvin were bottom 2, Marvin is a bit boring to be honest – not particularly memorable."
Marvin made it to the show's final five contestants, with now just Sam Thompson, Josie Gibson, Tony Bellew and Nigel Farage remaining in the jungle.
His departure came a day after EastEnders star Danielle Harold also said her goodbyes, with the pair joining former campmates Fred Siriex, Nella Rose, Nick Pickard and Frankie Dettori.
Especially excited to see pal Nella after leaving the camp, Marvin had a sweet reunion with the Youtuber – who dubbed him 'my brother'.
Arriving back to The Marriott Hotel, he was greeted by loud cheers, with Nella excitedly exclaiming: “My brother, my brother!" before coming in for a tight hug.
While the remaining contestants will have to wait slightly longer to be reunited with the outside world, they did get a surprise in camp when friends and family headed in for a special surprise during Friday evening's episode.
In the emotional scenes, Sam shed a tear when seeing his best pal Pete Wicks for the first time in three weeks, while Josie also saw her closest friend Mia Williams – who gave her an update on son Reggie, who is waiting nearby.
For Nigel, it was time to see his 18-year-old daughter Izzy once again, who shared that the family were 'so proud' of him. Tony and Marvin were both reunited with their wives in tear-jerking scenes.
