IAC: Tony Bellew gives boxing lessons to Nella
I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here fans have taken to social media to complain about YouTuber Nella Rose’s constant use of the phrase “I’m just a girl”.
The social media star has developed a habit of saying it repeatedly and viewers are saying “she must be winding up the feminist community with that phrase”.
She was heard to utter it several times tonight including during a “self-defence lesson from former boxer Tony Bellew.
As he tried to teach her boxing techniques she said it any time it got intense.
People could not contain themselves and took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to vent.

A user with the handle @sophiebryantx commented: “The way Nella saying “I’m just a girl” all the time really annoys me. Regardless if you’re just a girl. Stop #ImaCeleb #ImACelebrity.” (sic)
@sxmsharp observed: “Nella has said ‘I’m just a girl’ at least ten times this #ImACelebrity. It would be a different story if someone told her ‘She’s just a girl’ though. I can only imagine she must be winding up the feminist community with that phrase because it’s winding me up .”
@awfcmeadema chimed in: “I can’t lie, Nella Rose saying ‘I’m just a girl’ is really starting to annoy me #ImACelebrity #Nella #NellaRose.” (sic)

A fan of the show called @LucieClough despaired: “#ImACelebrity Nella stop saying “I’m just a girl” how demeaning for women – she’s extremely annoying.” (sic)
However, not everyone found her use of the phrase annoying as some viewers leapt to her defence. @KAVIII59510460 said@ “Nella: I’m just a girl #ImACelebrity bloody love her.” (sic)
Meanwhile, @Zhanedeex added: “Haters getting upset when Nella says ‘im just a girl’ but it’s okay hearing ‘everybody in love go put your hands up’ 24/7 #ImaCeleb #ImACelebrity.” (sic)
