Soap star Nick Pickard looks worlds apart from how fans are used to seeing him when he made his acting debut.
It’s that time of year again as ITV viewers eagerly wait to see a fresh batch of stars make their way into the Australian jungle.
This year on I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! Fans can expect to see the likes of Jamie-Lynn Spears, Josie Gibson and Sam Thompson tackle the nail-biting Bushtucker trails.
Another contestant who will be facing their fears is Hollyoaks legend Nick Pickard, who is best known as playing Tony Hutchinson in the Channel 4 soap.
Although the 48-year-old is the show’s longest-serving actor, having joined in 1995, he first made his acting debut alongside a now-Hollywood superstar.

In 1987, Nick played the leading role of Mio in the motion picture Mio in the Land of Faraway.
It follows the journey of a lonely boy who is transferred away from his boring life with his adoptive parents to a magical place where his real father is royalty.
Helping him along the way is his best friend Jum-Jum, who is played by the award-winning actor Christian Bale.
Christian, who is best known for starring in The Dark Knight movies and American Psycho, was only a young boy when he featured in the film alongside Nick.
