Helen trained at the Guildford School of Acting and her other on-screen credits include roles in Cold Feet, Real Men, Emmerdale, Heartbeat, Doctors, The Royal Today, Lunch Monkeys, Shameless, The Syndicate and Prey.
On stage, she has appeared in productions of Too Much Punch for Judy, Murder on the Nile, Revenge, The Far Corner, Hedda Gabler, Macbeth, Absurd Person Singular, Quixotry, Parlour Song, The Rain King, David Copperfield and Brassed Off.
