ITV Im A Celeb stars beam as they head home for Christmas after weeks in Australia

As the 2023 series of I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! came to a close at the weekend, this year's celebrities have been spotted beaming from ear to ear as they packed up their bags in Australia and set off on their long journey back to the UK.

Former boxing champ Tony Bellew was snapped at Brisbane Airport, along with Nick Pickard and Fred Sirieix, just days after Made In Chelsea star Sam Thompson was crowned king of the jungle.

After a long three weeks in the Australian jungle where they lived off some questionable food, the celebs looked happy to be returning home just in time for the festive season.

Runner-up Tony Bellew, who struck up an unlikely friendship with ex reality star Sam, 31, was seen heading home with his wife Rachael Bellew as he pushed their cases through the airport.

I'm A Celeb viewers loved watching Tony and Sam's relationship blossom and Tony even refused to rule out the idea of a TV show featuring himself and Sam while chatting on Good Morning Britain. He said: "I don't know. Whatever Sam wants to do, I'm moving with."

Hollyoaks star Nick Pickard and his partner Sarah Corrin weren't far behind Tony as they flashed a smile for the camera. Sarah previously said she "always knew" the Hollyoaks star would "do well" in the jungle.

Fred Sirieix and his fiancé, Fruitcake, where also spotted leaving the land down under after he and fellow campmate Nella Rose put their feud behind them and enjoyed some reunion drinks after the final.

At the beginning of their time in camp, Nella and Fred caused a huge stir after they got into a disagreement when Fred said that he was old enough to be her dad.

Following the altercation, Nella decided to take a step back and refrain from interacting with the 51 year old over the next few episodes.

After leaving the jungle, Nella labelled the row a "misunderstanding" as she told Emma Willis and Rylan Clark on This Morning "Me and Fred are cool, everything is blessed."

She continued: "I don't know why everybody's still crying about it. When you're in the jungle, everything is intensified. Obviously that subject is very triggering for me because it's kind of like a fresh wound, but being inside of the jungle all events are intensified and it is what it is."
