Good Morning Britain hosts brighten up ITV screens every morning – but how are they really like off-camera?
GMB guest and I'm A Celeb star Nicola McLean has been invited on the show many times and has often joined in on heated debates. When asked what her show experience was like, she revealed what the presenters were really like.
Nicola told us: "Last time I went on it was Ed Balls and Susanna Reid presenting the show, Susanna is lovely, she is always really friendly and a really nice woman."

But what about the other hosts? "I find that they are all really friendly, Kate Garraway is lovely, she is scatty as well, she's genuinely such a nice person. Ben Shepherd is really nice and so is Richard Madeley.
"There aren't exactly any behind-the-scenes secrets to this show, as in comparison to I'm A Celeb and Big Brother it's more a boring show. I mean that there's not much going on. It's a very newsy space and less showbizzy stuff to the others."
Nicola also opened up on exactly what cosmetic procedures she's had since starring on I'm A Celeb back in 2008. She explained: "I had lipo years ago, a whole new body, I had what they call a 'mummy makeover'.
"In the same surgery, I had my boobs uplifted and reduced, then the big implants put back in, then lipo around my stomach and my flanks. I didn't need lipo, let's be honest, that was just because 'Why not?'
"No chance will I ever have any more surgery, no chance. Not unless something happens to them. if you want them to look as good as they do now then you have to keep on going but you don't have to.
"You need to think about these things when you get them done like if you want kids and whatnot. If you're thinking you might want kids then they advise you to wait until then.
"I'm giving advice that I didn't take because I had my boobs done, then I had Rocky, then I had another boob job before Striker, but the surgeons said you should wait."
